Welcome to Makutu's Island. Makutu's Island is the valley's most unique indoor playground. In order to provide you with the best possible time while visiting Makutu's Island we would like to give you some rules to play by:

No Outside Food or Beverage is Allowed
We do ask that you not bring any food or beverage into Makutu's Island; this includes cakes and snacks. Our Under The Sea café has a wide variety of delicious food and beverages for you to choose from. Our menu will appeal to guests of all ages.

Socks Are Required for Play
For safety reasons we require all guests who are playing to wear socks. Socks help to keep all our guests feet protected while allowing us to maintain a clean and safe environment in which to explore.

Children Must be Accompanied by an Adult
For the protection of our guests, we ask that an adult accompany all children under the age of 18. Our 20,000 square foot facility was built for both children and adults to climb and explore. So, bring a pair of socks and do not miss any of the fun.

Safety is a Priority
The safety of you and your guests is our utmost goal. Our check in and check out procedure allows us to ensure that all guests are safe and secure until which time the group wishes to leave the Island. On top of that, our natives are placed throughout the Island, so that we have the ability to monitor and interact with our guests.

Check In/Check Out Policy
Our security precautions will make everyone at Makutu's Island feel safe. We will wristband all members of your party with group specific information that will allow us to differentiate your group members from everyone else. Upon check out, we will make sure that all your members are safe and accounted for. Our play passes are for one visit only and once a group is checked out, they must purchase a new pass for re-admittance.

Quality of Service
Makutu's Island is where the magic surrounds you. Our goal is to provide you and your family with a fun, safe, interactive experience. All of our Island Natives will work hard to guarantee that we provide you with a one of a kind experience.

Thinking of Bringing a Large Group
Receive a group discount when you bring 10 or more children. Group discounts are available Monday through Friday. Make sure that you schedule your group so that we can make your check in experience a little quicker.

Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk:

I am aware that participating in playground activities involving inherent risks, dangers and hazards which can result in serious personal injury or death. I am also aware that playground equipment and the facility contain dangers that can cause serious injury or death. I hereby freely agree to assume and accept all known and unknown risks of injury arising from playground activities. I recognize and acknowledge that risks of using playground equipment can be greatly reduced by abiding by the responsibility code and using common sense.

Release and Waiver of Claims Agreement:

For allowing me to participate in playground activities at Makutu's Island, I agree to the fullest extent permitted by law as follows:

TO WAIVE ALL CLAIMS that has or may have against Makutu's Island and its owners and affiliates, arising out of playground activities.

TO RELEASE Makutu's Island and its owner and affiliates from all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense that I (or my next of kin, parent, guardian estate) may suffer arising out of playground activities from any cause what so ever, including negligence or breach of contract on the part of Makutu's Island in the operation, supervision, design, or maintenance of its facility.
